Ewan Kirk Writes for Board Agenda on STEM

Our founder, Ewan Kirk, recently wrote for Board Agenda on the importance of STEM expertise in business management. He says that in a world of rapid advancements in technology and science it is critical that the senior management in all businesses is equipped with the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) knowledge and experience to understand the impact and potential of the technology and science their companies are powered by.

If they are to thrive, they must be equipped to understand current technologies and effectively scan the horizon for new advancements in this area. It is therefore their responsibility to recruit STEM experts, the people with the expertise to do this, into their senior ranks.
